Stephanie Montgomery
Chief Executive Officer, Clinical Director, Pharm, BHC, MEd, MSP, ORDM, NBLCC US Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient Congressional and State Senate Award Recipient
As a proud Ivy League graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and recipient of the U.S. Lifetime Presidential Achievement Award, I bring over 25 years of distinguished experience in the field of human services. Holding a Master of Science in Education and Psychology (Human Division), a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Science, and a degree in Pharmacology, I am also a National Board-Certified Christian Counselor dedicated to evidence-based and compassionate care. As a devoted philanthropist, my life's work is rooted in service to others. I am committed to crafting individualized plans that honor the unique journeys of each client. Together with a dedicated team of professionals, volunteers, and staff, we work tirelessly to reduce food insecurity, promote sustainable employment, and empower individuals and families to achieve long-term stability and success. My commitment to service extends beyond local impact. I have had the privilege of helping to touch the lives of thousands across diverse regions. As Clinical Director of Serenity Counseling Center, I have led a multidisciplinary team in providing therapeutic support to over 6,800 individuals—both adults and children—impacted by trauma, grief, and life transitions. Understanding the complex challenges that often hinder personal and community development, I launched several transformative initiatives, including the Mentorship Program, Project Restoration, Transitional Living, and the What’s Next Youth Program. These initiatives address critical issues such as domestic violence, human trafficking, and the transitional needs of youth aging out of foster care, offering holistic support and renewed hope. In addition to my clinical and philanthropic work, I serve in pastoral ministry alongside my husband at 1-Ness Ministries. Our shared vision emphasizes education, spiritual renewal, and active community engagement—paving the way for lasting transformation through faith and service.

Wendy Soliday
Vice President, Client Center Director
Having spent the last 11 years working in the field of Social Work. I began my journey in the Domestic Violence field, where I had the honor of supporting survivors through some of the most difficult times in their lives. That experience fueled my passion for advocacy and community care. Seeing the lack of accessible services in Liberty County, especially in the Dayton area where I graduated, I felt a strong calling to do more. That’s what led to the birth of Universal Agape Love, a nonprofit organization.
I helped to build from the ground up, to serve individuals and families in need. Our mission is to bring healing, resources, and hope to underserved communities. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished so far, and I’m excited for what the future holds as we continue to grow and help people heal, thrive, and move forward.
